1st Day: Canada - Night on board
Arrive at your Canada departure airport ready to check-in for a flight to Nairobi*. Night on board.

2nd Day: Nairobi
Arrive in Kenya, meet your guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel* in Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, spend the remainder of the day relaxing or exploring at leisure, ready to set off on your safari adventure tomorrow morning.
The capital is also known as the 'Green City in the Sun' and is a vibrant place where you can really get to grips with Kenya's diverse culture. Sample the delights of Kenyan cuisine and check out the local bars or cafes to soak up its buzzing atmosphere. Overnight stay in Nairobi.

3rd Day: Nairobi - Amboseli National Park
Early breakfast at the hotel. This morning, head southwards out of the city to Amboseli. Watch the landscape slowly change from urban metropolis to vast wilderness. Catch sight of distant Mount Kilimanjaro as you journey through the African savannah past local homesteads and Maasai communities. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch.

Today, choose your preferred way to explore the park (communicate your choice to your representative directly at destination).
- Either a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park, with mid-morning and early afternoon spent at leisure back at the camp.
- Or an extensive half-day game drive to explore larger areas of the park, returning to your lodge for a late lunch.
Upon returning from your chosen schedule, spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, with dinner and overnight stay at the lodge in Amboseli.

10th Day: Entebbe - Kibale Forest National Park

11th Day: Kibale Forest National Park
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will start the morning early and prepare for Chimpanzee trekking, where you will be transferred to the tracking point. Once there, you will receive an informative briefing on how to begin your search, after which a ranger will be assigned to guide you on your adventure. After a while, you’ll spot the chimpanzees, spend some time with them, and then leave the forest to return to the vehicle that will take you to the lodge. After trekking, you will head back to your accommodation for lunch. You will have the afternoon and evening free, with the option to participate in our optional activity, the Bigodi Swamp Walk*, which is rich in bird species, vegetation, and wildlife, allowing you to continue enjoying your experience. This trip is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility due to the nature of the excursions and the terrain.

About Kenya:
Roads in Kenya can be quite bumpy and are not in great condition, particularly those found in the country’s national parks. People who suffer with back problems should consider this before participating in a trip of this nature.
**Travelers must bring their own refillable water bottles. Although there will be 500 ml reusable bottles for sale with a price of USD 10 each, the proceeds from which will be donated to entities dedicated to nature conservation.
***The safari takes place in a vehicle with space for seven passengers, with one passenger seated next to the driver.
The luggage compartment of these vehicles is limited, so for the safety and comfort of all, each person may only carry one soft duffel bag of maximum 10kg.
The rest of the luggage can be left in the Nairobi hotel storage room at no extra cost. It will be identified with a tag and will be collected on return from the safari.
About Uganda:
The minimum age requirement for the Gorilla Tracking Excursion is 15 years of age. For the Chimpanzee Tracking Excursion, the minimum age requirement is 12 years of age. Unfortunately, children under these ages are not permitted to participate in these excursions.

While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with wifi or bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips. We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee internet connection.
Room allocation: We will do our best to accommodate your family in the same room. If availability doesn't permit this, we guarantee your family will be accommodated as close together as possible. Children will always be accomodated in a room with at least 1 adult.
When booking a triple room, note that these accommodations are not larger than a double room, but will include either one double or two single beds and a sofa bed/rollaway.
Car seats: Not available in all destinations. Feel free to take your own if you need one.
