3rd Day: Maafushi

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is a full day of adventure and marine life, starting with snorkelling on the reef where you’ll get up close to colourful fish, turtles, and even reef sharks. Then, go on a cruise to spot dolphins, seeing these graceful creatures in their natural habitat.

You’ll also head to a nearby sandbank for a scenic BBQ lunch to recharge. After lunch, visit the beautiful islands of Gulhi and Guraidhoo before returning to the hotel.* Overnight stay in Maafushi.

4th Day: Maafushi

We recommend joining our fantastic optional activities: snorkelling among nurse sharks and other marine wonders*, or learning traditional fishing techniques while watching the sunset, then savouring your catch prepared just the way you like it.** Overnight stay in Maafushi.

*Snorkelling at Shark Bay: Just 30 minutes away in the Vaavu Atoll, Alimatha reef is home to numerous nurse sharks, giant trevally, eagle rays, and more. Strong currents here allow for an exciting, close-up snorkelling experience of around 60 minutes with these harmless and mesmerising creatures.

During this thrilling experience, you’ll visit a secluded sandbank near Fulidhoo island, famous for its turquoise lagoon teeming with fish and manta rays. After lunch, finish the day with manta ray spotting and a dolphin-watching cruise.

**Sunset Fishing: Join a traditional fishing session and learn fun local techniques with a guide while catching a spectacular Maldivian sunset. Afterwards, a chef will prepare your catch using local ingredients for a delicious dinner.

Important: Maafushi is a local island, which means that clothing and conduct guidelines differ from those on private resort islands. It is recommended to wear clothing that covers shoulders and legs when walking around the island. Bikinis and shorts may be worn in designated tourist areas. It is important to respect local customs and the laws of the country, such as refraining from drinking alcohol in public and not smoking.

While on the road, it is highly unlikely that the vehicle will be equipped with wifi or bathroom facilities, though rest stops will be made for long trips. We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee internet connection.

Room allocation: We will do our best to accommodate your family in the same room. If availability doesn't permit this, we guarantee your family will be accommodated as close together as possible. Children will always be accomodated in a room with at least 1 adult.
