Please send the bank transfer receipt, along with your booking reference, by email to bookca@exoticca.com within 24 hours of receipt of this email. Your reservation cannot be confirmed until we receive proof of payment.

We'll confirm your reservation once we have received proof of payment and checked that your selected flight is still available. In the event of changes, we'll offer you alternatives or the option to cancel the reservation without penalty.

Please bear in mind that your booking will be canceled automatically if we don't receive proof of payment within the next 24 hours.
