The credit is non-transferable, indivisible, and must be used toward the first payment of a new booking within the first 6 months from its receipt, but travel can take place after this date. If the original booking is cancelled or not fully paid, the credit will be revoked.
The Travel Advisor will receive a credit for the travelers within the first 15 days after the booking. To redeem it, the Travel Advisor must contact our B2B Call Center once the second booking, for at least one of the original travelers is made.
