Safari Adventure, Cape Town & Garden Route

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, you will be leaving Cape Town to head over to Wilderness via the famous Garden Route by bus. Upon arriving, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. 

Take this time to explore your new surroundings or perhaps take advantage of the hotel facilities and pool at your disposal. Overnight stay in Wilderness.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Knysna, a natural paradise of lush, indigenous forests, tranquil lakes and golden beaches. Here, you will get to witness the Waterfront (the Garden Route's most popular leisure & shopping destination) where you can enjoy the view onto the lagoon. 

From here, you will make your way to Port Elizabeth. Once you have arrived, check-in and overnight stay in Port Elizabeth.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, embark on an early morning game drive in Addo Elephant National Park where you will marvel at South Africa’s impressive wildlife, including the famed Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo).


Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Alternatively, you can take part in a once-in-a-lifetime optional excursion walking alongside Giraffes*, a truly unique experience that will be hard to forget. Overnight stay in Port Elizabeth.  

Optional Giraffe Walking Safari: Stroll alongside the skyscrapers of Africa in this unforgettable experience that will let you see this majestic animal in its natural habitat with your very own eyes. Later, visit and get to know the Born Free Foundation, a wildlife charity aimed at preserving animals in the wild.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the entire day at your leisure. Use this last full day to contemplate the beauty of South Africa before departing. Perhaps this would be a good time to go last minute souvenir shopping. 

Alternatively, take part in one of our two optional morning activities; either a game drive at the Addo Elephant National Park* where you could spot the Big 5 or the Whale, Dolphin & Penguin cruise** on a catamaran on both St. Croix and Brenton Islands.

In the afternoon, feel free to participate in our optional tour of Cape Recife***. Overnight stay in Port Elizabeth. 

*Optional Addo Elephant National Park Game Drive: Embark on an early morning game drive in Addo Elephant National Park where you will marvel at South Africa’s impressive wildlife, including the famed Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo)


**Optional Whale, Dolphin & Penguin Cruise: Depart by catamaran from the Port Elizabeth Harbour where you will get to marvel at the sight of humpback and southern right whales, indo-pacific bottlenose dolphins and African penguins on St. Croix and Brenton islands.
