Breakfast at the hotel. The day is yours to explore Montecatini Terme at your own pace, from its art galleries and charming cafés to a stroll through Terme Park. You could also indulge in spa treatments at the hotel or visit one of the local thermal baths. And for something truly unforgettable, we recommend joining an optional excursion to discover one of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes: Cinque Terre.* Overnight stay in Montecatini Terme.

*Optional full-day excursion to Cinque Terre: Travel by coach (87 miles, approx. 2 hours) to the stunning Cinque Terre with a local English-speaking assistant who will share insights along the way. This coastal region is known for its picturesque villages perched on steep cliffs between the sea and vineyards.

The experience includes the 5 Terre Card, allowing unlimited train travel between La Spezia and Levanto, so you can explore the villages at your own pace. Visit highlights such as Monterosso, an ancient fishing village known as "the pearl of the Cinque Terre," as well as Manarola and Riomaggiore, famous for their narrow streets and scenic harbors.

This coastal area boasts picturesque villages, perched between sea and land, clinging to steep cliffs surrounded by hills and vineyards. From April to October, a boat ride* is also included, offering a unique perspective of the coastline and unforgettable views of the villages from the water. More details on the schedule will be provided locally.

Breakfast at the hotel. As you make your way to Rome, stop in the renowned Chianti wine region, where you’ll visit a traditional farmhouse nestled among rolling Tuscan hills. Here, indulge in a wine tasting of local varieties, perfectly paired with regional delicacies, while appreciating the countryside setting.

Continue to Siena, the historic city famed for its ochre-colored architecture. You’ll have free time to explore at your own pace. Stroll through the iconic Piazza del Campo, known for the Palio horse race, marvel at the striking Siena Cathedral, and if you’re up to it, climb the Torre del Mangia for sweeping views. There will also be time for lunch (not included), giving you the chance to taste more authentic Tuscan cuisine.

In the afternoon, meet the local representative to continue your journey to Rome (150 miles, approx. 3 hours). Sit back and relax as you travel to the Italian capital. Overnight stay in Rome.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, meet the local Tour Leader at the hotel for a guided tour of classic Rome, led by an English-speaking expert. Uncover Rome’s world-renowned charm as your guide who brings the city’s rich heritage and famous sights to life, including the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon (from the outside), Piazza Navona, and more.

Afterward, enjoy a refreshing Spritz and typical aperitivo at the bustling Campo de’ Fiori. Before your transfer back to the hotel (at approx. 6:00 PM), the afternoon is yours to discover more at your own pace.
