This fully escorted tour reveals Italy’s essence, from the canals of Venice, Renaissance Florence, Pisa, Siena and ancient Rome to Tuscany’s rolling hills and wine heritage. Continue to the Amalfi Coast to explore Sorrento, Positano and Paestum, then uncover Puglia’s southern charm in Ostuni, Alberobello, Bari, Lecce and Otranto.
1st Day: US - Night on board
Arrive at your US departure airport, ready for a flight to Italy*. Night on board.

2nd Day: Venice Mestre
Arrive in Venice Mestre, a well-connected mainland town just across the lagoon from Venice. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. If you arrive early, take the opportunity to settle in and explore the surrounding area at your own pace.
In the evening, meet your tour leader at the hotel for a short welcome briefing, where you’ll receive useful information for the days ahead. If your flight arrives later, don’t worry—the details will be provided upon arrival at the hotel. Overnight stay in Venice Mestre.
